I got into a fender-bender leaving the front right side of my car heavily damaged.
Alex was very professional and stayed in constant contact with me regarding my car.
They were able to help arrange a rental car drop-off/pick up for me and worked directly with my insurance to help clear up any other information. They even washed my car!

"What a great job golden hammer has done on my 2014 jaguar, they removed my after market carbon bumper after a teenager backed into it. Everything from the woman who helped me at the front desk to Shane who took care of me the entire way through the claims and fixing the vehicles process. It was smooth easy and golden hammers attention to detail is unmatched and second to none. Again Shane was excellent with customer service and on a timely auto repair. I’ve taken my car here twice and it was done in 10 business days the first time around and only 6 hours the second time! My dads friend recommended me to golden hammer after he said he’s been taking his cars there since the 1990s and we both only have positive feedback about golden hammer! Thanks so much!"
