"Had a hit and run incident causing a damage to my front bumper. My car is my baby, and the team here at Golden Hammer Inc. took that sentiment seriously, treating my car like their baby while in their possession. In fact, my car looked better than it did before it was damaged. Color matched perfectly on the first try (unlike other auto-body shops in my past), front headlamps were polished, and car was washed. They went the extra mile, pun intended. From Moe kindly fielding all my calls, Alex providing me with comprehensive support through the entire insurance and repair process, and Shane offering cool, calm, and collected over-site and advise, Golden Hammer Inc. has earned my loyalty as a customer. "Really appreciated their help and professionalism throughout the process of getting my car fixed (had a fender bender and got it fixed through Progressive Insurance). Alex called me every step of the way and provided prompt and timely updates about the status of my car. When I got the car it was sparkling clean inside and out! A really nice touch.
