"Really appreciated their help and professionalism throughout the process of getting my car fixed (had a fender bender and got it fixed through Progressive Insurance). Alex called me every step of the way and provided prompt and timely updates about the status of my car. When I got the car it was sparkling clean inside and out! A really nice touch.
