"Had an amazing experience with Golden Hammer. The person I was dealing with was Alex and he was very communicative from the very beginning. He explained from the beginning the steps that my insurance will take and how he was going to communicate also with them. I had taken my car there for repairs and he never fails on providing excellent service.
I will continue to bring my vehicles with Alex as it's not only the service he provides but the quality of work they do is amazing. Amazing customer service!!!"

"Let me start by saying, I have a Jaguar XF, and Golden Hammer has been the only repair shop I have used since buying it new in 2010. Fast forward, 2024… I was hit on the driver side rear quarter panel. Alex informed me my insurance wanted to total my car. Needless to say, I freaked. The accident was not my fault and my insurance wanted to total it! All I can say, if it were not for Alex, I would not be driving my car today. Alex went above and beyond to work with the insurance adjuster to get them to fix my car and not total it. GH has always done an excellent job repairing any needed body work and I can’t say enough great things about Alex. I highly recommend you give them a call… you will not be disappointed!"

"By far the best experience I've ever had with an auto-body shop. Due to an insurance issue, I had to quickly find a new shop last minute. I was able to bring my car here the next day, and the turnaround time for repairs was shockingly fast, weeks earlier than what I was quoted from other shops. And not to mention everyone was so friendly. The process was so seamless and easy. Glad to have a go-to shop in LA now."

"Golden Hammer did a GREAT job on my Jaguar.
I got into a fender-bender leaving the front right side of my car heavily damaged.
Alex was very professional and stayed in constant contact with me regarding my car.
They were able to help arrange a rental car drop-off/pick up for me and worked directly with my insurance to help clear up any other information. They even washed my car!
