I recently took my Audi A5 to Golden Hammer Auto Body Shop to have a scratched door and some dents repaired, and I am beyond impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was met with professionalism and excellent customer service.
Alex was the employee who helped me, and he was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to assess the damage thoroughly, explained the repair process in detail, and provided me with a fair and transparent estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions, making me feel confident that my car was in great hands.
Throughout the repair process, Alex kept me updated on the progress, which I really appreciated. When I picked up my car, I was blown away by the results!! My Audi looked flawless! The scratches and dents were completely gone, and the paint matched perfectly. It was as if the damage had never happened.
